Todd is an old family friend and that was the main reason we chose him. We trusted him and knew of his great character. He was very respectful, patient and understanding of our needs and it never felt like he was trying to sell us something. Todd made it so much fun and was very real with us. He just felt like a very knowledgeable friend leading us to our first home! We love Todd and wouldn’t think of ever having anyone else!
