I usually joke around about realtors because i most often think that they are a dime a dozen. Todd is thorough, honest and is always positive no matter if its phone calls past 11PM or if it’s the buying process. He has a ton of industry knowledge the goes way above and beyond the paperwork of buying a home, but he likes to get into numbers of buying and selling, will recommend if he thinks you should rent your home out or not (which makes him less money). He is the best of the best. He has told me that his goal is to become the best real estate agent in Eagle, and I don’t know every real estate agent out there, and i am sure there are a few that are as good as Todd, but in my limited scope, he is the best in the Treasure Valley. I know a handful of realtors, and 110% recommend Todd
